Photoshop

Being a photographer, I'm extremely comfortable in Photoshop. Familiar with current visual trends, I can create a unified atmosphere by choosing appropriate imagery and processing it tastefully to fit a style. Whether it be grungy, cross-process, tilt-shift, spot-colour – you name it, I can do it for you. I can work with stock imagery, or take the photographs myself.

Vector graphics

Though not a trained illustrator, I'm skilled at creating vector graphics in Flash, and can make cool looking, clear and simple user interfaces. I can also work with CSS to create slick looking websites that don't rely on bitmap graphics, and so look great at any magnification.

Audio and video

I'm experienced in optimising audio and video for various applications, and have worked with video hosting platforms such as Akamai to deliver streaming video.

Perl scripting

My work often calls for massaging data from one format, typically a spreadsheet, into another one suitable for the application (e.g. XML or JSON). I'm proficient in using the power of PERL to do this.

Photography
